Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from TRACE! 

If for any reason you're not satisfied, here's our return & exchange policy:

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.
• Process: Initiate the return process through the website.
• Returns: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of 25 AED unless the item received is defective or incorrect. 
• Exchanges: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to exchange eligible items. Each product can be exchanged once. 
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
